　　四川衡平律师事务所律师、合伙人，法学硕士。现为四川省法学会诉讼法学研究会理事，四川省工商局格式合同审查委员会委员。

　　1996年从四川省税务学校毕业，被分配至税务局从事税务执法工作。1997-2003年通过自学考试获得会计专科、法律本科学历。2001年起任税务分局副局长。因专业能力突出，2002年被四川省国家税务局表彰为“税收征管、稽查能手”。 2003年通过司法考试。2004年进入四川大学法学院成为一名诉讼法学专业硕士研究生，并师从我国著名法学家左卫民教授，2007年研究生毕业获法学硕士学位。2006年进入四川衡平律师事务所，2007年成为执业律师。

　　罗宁律师主要执业领域为：民事诉讼、刑事辩护;涉及合同法、公司法、税法等的非诉讼业务。罗律师长于诉讼、项目谈判和税收筹划。

　　执业八年来，罗律师已办理各类民事刑事案件逾百件，参与处理重大涉税案件若干起，参与处理公司纠纷或有关并购及项目谈判若干起，协助企业规范经营活动，防范法律风险和经济风险，用主动、耐心和专业的服务维护客户正当、合法利益。目前罗律师担任多家企业和个人法律顾问。

Luo Ning, master in law, is a lawyer and partner of Sichuan Equity Law Firm. After graduating from Sichuan Taxation School in 1996, Luo Ning was assigned to do law enforcement in the Taxation Bureau. From 1997 to 2003 he received junior college degree in accounting and bachelor’s degree in law through the self-taught examination. For his outstanding professional ability, Luo Ning was commended as an "Expert in Tax Collection and Audit" by Sichuan Provincial Office of State Administration of Taxation in 2002. In 2003 he passed the judicial examination and in 2007 he got master’s degree in law from Sichuan University. In the same year, he became a practicing lawyer. The main areas he practices are: criminal defense, civil litigation; non-litigation practices involving contract law, tax law, company law, among others.
